1:1 Personal training can be expensive and requires consistency with time which might be an issue for a lot of individuals. With a Consultancy, I can design a personalized Fitness program along with a personalized nutritional guidance which can be followed by the clients. These programs can be modified/changed every 8 – 12 weeks. This will keep the clients engaged in a routine which is personally designed for them.
